Our Furry Family Member

Our Minnie Dog was killed earlier this year by coyotes.  RIP Minnie We love you!

Minnie was part of our family for over 6 years. We adopted her from the Tri-city Animal Shelter in Cedar Hill Texas. She was about 2 when we adopted her. She was a wonderful pet. She was extremely protective of the children. She would stand in the front window and watch them play. If they strayed to far from her sight she would start barking until she could see them again. Of course she would have rather have been out with them so she could keep a better eye on them.

Mr. PettyBone is a Domestic Short hair. He was adopted from SPCA of Collin County. He is an adventurous little guy. He will sneak out the door every chance he gets. He was gone for several months, when he was found about 30 minutes from home. Thank goodness he had a chip and they could call us.

Anna Banana is also a domestic Short hair. She was adopted from the Little Elm Animal Shelter. She is a very shy little girl. She will hide most of the day and only come out when there is only one or two people home. She then wants to have her time. She is very loving and enjoys one on one time.

Stitch is a 7 month old terrier mix. He was adopted from Operation Kindness. They are one of the largest "no kill" shelters. Stitch is a very big cuddle bug. He love to give hugs and will sit for hours with his head on your lap.  However he is also has that puppy baby energy that will not stop.

Daisy is our schnauzer mix. She is very energetic. She love to play and run. Daisy Doo was also adopted from the SPCA of Collin County. She is about 3 years old now.  This picture was taken the day we got her in the car on the way home.

For his birthday this year Snoopy asked for only one thing.  For months he asked for a kitten for his special day.   So we welcomed Alex.  She too is a domestic short hair and was just  10 weeks old when we got her.  Alex is very active in the early morning or late at night.  She loves balls of string and playing with Mr. PettyBone.
